President Ethan Willis

STAKE PRESIDENT

Ethan Willis was born and raised in South Pasadena and San Jose, California. Ten years ago, he sold his company in Utah, and he and Ashley Peterson Willis moved to Arizona where they both have deep family history. President Willis is currently the CEO of a Book Publishing Company and Private Equity.

In high school he loved to play sports including baseball, football, and water polo. He worked at a beach club in Santa Monica and enjoyed swimming and surfing in the ocean. Now, his hobbies center around his eight children so his favorite thing is to cheer them on. When he’s not doing that he loves to run, exercise, coach his kids sports teams, attend sporting events, plays, travel and he loves to read. He also loves Brazilian food and trying new restaurants and types of food. His favorite treat is a Charleston Chew candy bar.

One of President Willis’ favorite scriptures is 2 Timothy 1:7 “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.“ He believes God has given us the power to choose faith and love over fear everyday. He considers it a daily blessing to see the loving hand of God manifest in His children’s lives.
